You will coordinate with project managers and clients, read plans, schedule tasks, mentor crew members, and maintain accurate records to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role within construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• At least 3+ years' experience as a field foreman.
