TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team across our North Carolina locations. You will help maintain safety and precision on road projects while adhering to DOT and company standards.

We value reliability and teamwork; responsibilities include equipment checks, pre/post-trip inspections, and aiding in high-production striping operations. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain background checks and drug testing as part of hiring.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prepare equipment and vehicle repair reports by crew members.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and properly loaded daily.
• Keep vehicles clean and neat inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms correctly.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Be trained to operate and maintain at least 6 different equipment pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members)
• Responsible for making sure all work is done and completed in compliance with DOT and quality
• guidelines
• Make sure vehicles are in working order (spray systems and/or other truck mounted equipment) and
• properly loaded each and every day; make sure vehicles are kept clean and neat inside and out
• Make sure pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms are filled out properly
• Maximize production on job
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment

Experience (Preferred but not required):

• Be able to operate the following Vehicles/Equipment: hand machines, forklift,
• hand grinder, 3M hand-tape machine, 3M adhesive applicator and hand-roller tamper cart.
• Be able to Install Preformed Thermo/ Hot Tape

Qualifications:

• Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled
• substance/drug testing)
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology
• Ability to use smart phone and applications
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic,
• and fumes and airborne particles
• Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate/loud

Availability:

2 Shifts

Monday – Friday

Sunday- Thursdays

Must be able to work some nights and weekends

Must be able to work overtime

Must be able to travel with company when necessary
