Job summary

Highway Graphics is looking for a dependable Highway Striping Equipment Operator to join our striping crews. You will operate a range of pavement marking equipment and help install materials while complying with DOT and MUTCD guidelines.

The role requires prior striping experience, a strong work ethic, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and occasional overnight travel. Join a safety‑minded team with modern equipment and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating pavement marking equipment (paint, thermoplastic, tape, detail).
• Knowledge of DOT and MUTCD regulations.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical maintenance on striping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pavement marking equipment including paint/thermoplastic trucks, melters, tape machines, forklifts.
• Work with the striping crew to install a range of pavement marking materials.
• Comply with DOT and MUTCD standards in all tasks.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Keep work areas and company vehicles clean, organized and safe.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates for quality and efficiency.
