Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. You will operate company vehicles, transport equipment, and perform pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and efficiency on every project.

Valid CDL A or B with a clean record is required; experience with heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment is preferred. The role may require nights/weekends and adherence to DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.

• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Availability:

• Monday through Friday schedule, with possible night and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
