• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pavement management program for Town assets.
• Oversee budgets, life-cycle cost analyses, and CIP projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Ensure ADA compliance, MUTCD standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare bid documents, specifications, and contract oversight.
