Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services in Memphis is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring for diverse clients.

You will plane and facilitate production, communicate daily with the Operations Manager, and maintain a safe, hazard-free job site while contributing to high-quality projects and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Local full license driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required).
• Self-motivated and able to problem solve.
• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Physically capable of demanding work, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work independently; experience with paint sprayers or small engines is a plus.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

• A [local full license] driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• An Engineering educational background is an asset
