We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Baton Rouge crew.

As the Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT), you will:

1. Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more
2. Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
3. Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
4. Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
5. Perform additional tasks as required

What You Bring:

1. A valid Louisiana driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
2. You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
3. You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
4. Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
5. Ability to work well independently unsupervised
6. Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
7. An Engineering educational background is an asset
