Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Pavement Maintenance Laborer located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Pavement Maintenance Laborer will be responsible for assisting with various pavement maintenance tasks including asphalt repair, sealcoating, crack filling, thermo plastic application, and striping. Daily tasks also include operating and maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and ensuring quality control during all maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asphalt repair, sealcoating, crack filling, and striping
• Ability to operate and maintain pavement maintenance equipment
• Understanding of safety protocols and quality control in pavement maintenance
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in pavement maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in pavement maintenance is beneficial
