This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $23 - $26 an hour. We provide our full-time employees excellent benefits, including dental, vision, a health savings account (HSA), periodic and annual bonuses. After 60 days of employment, we pay 100% of the premium for medical insurance (a $6,860/year benefit). We also offer a 401(k) with a 5% company match after 60 days of employment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE - GENERAL LABORER

As an entry-level Pavement Maintenance - General Laborer, you are the lifeblood of our company. Working with two or three crew members, you prepare parking lots by thoroughly cleaning them with blowers, brooms, and sweepers. Then you fill any pavement cracks and spray the seal coat material onto the parking lot. You apply a high level of care to everything you do, including taking care of company equipment. You enjoy the opportunity to work outside and love seeing the results of your hard work!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work on your feet all day outside

SEASONAL WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time, seasonal position works from April to November, but we are also open to considering students who are available to work from June to August. The typical hours are Monday - Friday, from 6 am - 4 pm with overtime and weekend work. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
