Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking Crew Members to operate specialized pavement maintenance equipment and apply materials to enhance clients' assets. The Crew Leader will oversee the job site and crew, reporting to the General Manager.

You will work on various projects from Savannah to Charleston area, joining a fast-growing team with opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker who can problem solve and learn.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.
• Experience with asphalt or concrete is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and related tasks.
• Communicate job status daily with Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site and care for equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required.
