Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician to perform a range of pavement care tasks across the city. The role involves line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and related activities using our specialized equipment.

The ideal candidate brings a local driver's license, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

Requires a valid local full driver's license with a clean record.
Problem-solving ability and strong punctuality are essential.
Must maintain organization and attention to detail.
Physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs is required.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.
Engineering education is an asset.

Responsibilities

Use equipment to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects.
Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
Perform additional tasks as required.
