In the role of Civil Construction Inspector II, we'll count on you to:
  • Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects related to roadway paving.
  • Collaborate with other field representatives or Project Managers
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, and identify discrepancies or conflicts with contractor's work.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical school, CTE Teacher, or Associate degree
  • Relevant Industry Certifications (NETTCP, NICET)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle, ability to travel to multiple job sites
  • OSHA 10 Construction certified
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules
  • Local candidates preferred
Required Qualifications
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent. (Candidates with 8 years of relevant construction inspection experience may substitute experience for a high school diploma)
  • A minimum of 3 years experience
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Proven problem-solving and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles eligible for limited benefits.) {Maine}: $57,722.00 - $82,460.00.
