Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program Counselor for the P.A.V.E. program in Southbridge, MA. The counselor will provide clinical services and case management to clients under court-mandated programs in an outpatient treatment center.

• Performs intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames
• Provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained
