The role focuses on reading blueprints, working with foam/wood/urethane, and supporting processes with continuous improvement ideas. A hands‑on position with growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong record of safety, quality, and reliability.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and follow instructions.
• Organized and detail‑oriented with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools.
• Design, build, and maintain tooling.
• Read blueprints and produce precision tooling.
• Work with foam, wood, and/or urethane for prototypes or single‑use castings.
• Support foundry operations by understanding processes and workflows.
• Contribute continuous improvement ideas.
• Other duties as assigned.
