Job summary

Penn Mar Castings in Hanover, PA is looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our foundry operations team. This hands-on position requires strong commitment to quality and safety, with responsibilities that include constructing and maintaining pattern equipment. The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of foundry processes, exceptional blueprint reading skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Patternmaker or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of foundry processes and molding methods.
• Exceptional skills in blueprint reading and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Construct, modify, and repair pattern equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams.
• Maintain accurate tooling records and documentation.
