Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet MVR guidelines.
• Must pass a technical skills test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and replace pins and bushings used on the Herman flasks, pattern carriers and pattern stools.
• Make pattern changes, rim changes, insert changes, and update pattern IDs, logos, etc.
• Repair seams on rims, inserts, etc.
• Perform duties in casting urethane masters, patterns, gating and core boxes.
• Perform all duties related to mold fabrication.
• Construct, revise and repair patterns, dies and core boxes per guidelines.
