The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) is seeking a Patron Experience Manager to lead its volunteer engagement program and ensure a welcoming, accessible experience for over 600 volunteers and 900,000 annual patrons. You will recruit, train, and manage volunteers and House Managers, drive accessibility initiatives, and report on engagement metrics.

Base pay for this role is $60,000 - $62,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in arts, philanthropic, non-profit or volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPA’s volunteer engagement program, aligning with hospitality and arts excellence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers.
• Oversee House Managers hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for events.
• Coordinate accessibility training and ensure annual certifications for staff and volunteers.
• Develop surveys to monitor patron experiences and report engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ticketing and Operations to align communications.
