Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and/or foot patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, security breaches and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms and resident or client concerns.
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Enforce site-specific rules and security procedures.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, clients and emergency personnel as needed.
• Perform lock-up and unlock procedures when required.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests and visitors.

We are seeking a dependable and professional Patrol Security Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting routine patrols, maintaining a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service while protecting client property and assets. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Security Officers serve as the first point of contact for many and play a vital role in creating a positive experience while protecting the community and its residents.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

Available shift is approximately 8hours and primarily supports morning and evening operations. Scheduling may vary based on business needs and employee availability.

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
