Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or hazards.
• Complete logs and incident reports; communicate information to leadership and site reps.
