Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Shepherdsville, KY. You will protect clients across tech/telecom environments, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• 18 years or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Background checks in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
