Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Inspection in Hazelwood, MO. This full-time, unarmed driving role supports technology sites with patrols and first-rate customer service. You must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed), and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security-related equipment, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
