Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Emergency Aid in Tacoma, WA. You will serve and safeguard clients across public transportation facilities, conduct patrols, and provide professional assistance to riders and staff.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Baton and handcuffing certifications are preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors and personnel by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations per post orders.
• Monitor access points and document observations and hazards.
• Assist visitors and passengers to maintain a welcoming environment.
