Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid P.O.S.T. certificate and certifications in Intoxilyzer 5000, Radar Operations, and Standardized Field Sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Patrols an assigned area; answers complaints; investigates crimes and disturbances; interviews witnesses; collects, photographs, secures and labels evidence; makes arrests; testifies in court.
• Enforces motor vehicle and criminal codes; serves civil and criminal papers; coordinates with other agencies and transports/ supervises detainees as needed.
