TMMG, Inc. is seeking a Patrol Boat Product Line Item Manager with at least four years of USCG SFLC item management experience. Background check, US Citizenship, and a CAC are required.

You will maintain stock levels for Coast Guard patrol boat equipment, forecast needs, procure new items, and ensure efficient use of funds. You will manage short- and long-term stock, coordinate with vendors, and develop procurement plans with lead times up to 24 months.

Qualificações

• At least four (4) years of recent, relevant experience as an Item Manager with the USCG SFLC.
• Proficient with SFLC computer applications (e.g., NESSS, NE-TIMS, FED LOG) and other tools necessary to perform item management.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook, as well as other software/tools provided on the Coast Guard Standard Workstation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Item Management Support to ensure equipment is available to ensure patrol boats operations are not interrupted.
• Maintain stock levels of Coast Guard peculiar items to achieve effective service wide supply support and efficient utilization of appropriated funds.
• Establish and procure new items in the supply system when required and make long range forecasts (e.g., 5 years).
• Responsible for Coast Guard mission essential items and manage stock levels using various reports to forecast short-term needs.
• Manage long-term items via provisioning requirements, project programming, and long-range needs for Coast Guard field units.
• Manage restricted items based on criticality and usage factors.
• Develop procurement plans considering procurement lead times up to 24 months and select best suppliers; comply with procurement regulations.
• Initiate disposal actions for Coast Guard peculiar material at end of its support life and coordinate interagency asset transfers.
• Serve as focal point for coordinating material support, reviewing and resolving QDR and SDR.
• Monitor funds and provide data for budget justification.
