Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol property and perform safety checks to deter incidents.
• Verify access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure doors and windows are secure and monitor CCTV for disruptions.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; provide assistance to residents and guests.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.
