Description

Summary: Provide exceptional customer service to Players Dining Room guests. Responsible for set-up, service, cleaning, and overall FOH Operations of the Dining Room.

Responsibilities:

1. Set-up the Dining Room for meal service, ensuring proper handling and storage of all equipment, supplies, food, and beverages, following FIFO standards.
2. Service all guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining the Dining Room during food service and communicating special requests to management.
3. Meet service standards including cleaning, stocking, inventory, and customer service.
4. Break down the Dining Room after service, ensuring proper handling and storage, following FIFO standards.
5. Report supply needs to Supervisors and Management.
6. Maintain confidentiality regarding Dining Room operations, menu details, guests, and events, and adhere to no autograph/photo policies.
7. Deliver food, beverages, and service equipment as required.
8. Perform special projects and assignments as needed.
9. Handle all personally identifiable and confidential information in accordance with company policies and legal standards, including HIPAA where applicable.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to support all home Football games and stadium events, including Soccer.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring learning and adaptability.
• Must be punctual and available for all scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud.

Certifications:
