Patriot Truss & Components in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Truss Assembler to join our fast-paced production team building roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial construction.

You will select, align, assemble, and join precut parts, confirm dimensions, and use hand and power tools safely. This on-site role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift 50–80 lbs daily to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• The minimum work week to consist of Monday-Friday
  • Normal hours 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Additional hours may be required at times to meet deadlines
