Job summary

RTX's Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department seeks a Systems Engineering Ukraine Missile Cross Product Team Lead to support a large Patriot program. The SE CPT lead will define system architecture, requirements, modeling and simulation, RLPM milestones, and engage with customers.

Occasional travel is required, onsite in Tewksbury MA or Huntsville AL. The role demands senior expertise in system engineering, proposal costings, and EVMS certification, with a Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading or contributing to proposals (BOEs, reviews).
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country.
• Develop and maintain System Architecture and Technical Baseline.
• Develop and maintain System and Software Requirements.

Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineering Ukraine Missile Cross Product Team Lead to support a large Patriot program. The SE CPT lead is responsible for various engineering activities, including system architecture definition. System Requirements, Software Requirements, Modeling and Simulation, Raytheon Lifecycle Product Management (RLPM) design milestone activities, and externally facing customer events. Additional activities include proposal support and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) monthly accountability. Activities require the ability to require travel. This position is onsite based in Tewksbury MA or Huntsville AL. What You Will Do

• Be responsible for cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country
• Ensure System Architecture and Technical Baseline are developed and maintained
• Ensure System Requirements are developed and maintained
• Ensure Software Requirements are developed and maintained
• Ensure Modeling and Simulation products are appropriately scoped and provided
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts a Patriot partner country
• Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Occasional domestic and potential international travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
