Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Program Manager for the Patriot Missile Integrated Product Team. You will oversee production planning and optimization of schedules across contracts, manage Demands in PRISM, and coordinate missile production and field returns.

Requires active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience with SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis, IPDS, and EVMS. This onsite role offers a challenging, mission-driven environment with opportunities to influence critical defense programs.

The Patriot Missile Integrated Product Team is seeking a Program Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting the production planning and execution of the Missile product line while working as part of a team to optimize the schedule of Patriot Missile production for all awarded and proposed contracts. You will oversee both production and field return/repairs for scope that heavily overlaps with production content.You will manage all Missile demands in PRISM from Initial load to product completion/sale and will be responsible for generating and managing monthly workload metrics.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience with SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis manufacturing scheduling tools
• Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools
• Experience with EVMS and Risk & Opportunity Management

Qualifications We Prefer

• Program Management certification, or equivalent
• Display strong communication, influence management, collaboration, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
• Certified BOE developer / approver
• Operations and/or Global Supply Chain Experience

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
