Job summary

KBR Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division seeks an FMS Logistics Analyst to manage international logistics activities across transportation, requisition management, sustainment, and case closure for missile and air defense programs, including the PATRIOT program.

You will work with Army logistics systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with multiple government stakeholders to ensure timely materiel movement throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience in U.S. Army or FMS programs.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Final Secret Clearance.
• Bachelorsa degree with 2 years of logistics or Security Assistance experience.
• In lieu of a degree, up to 6 years of relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation actions with AMCOM Transportation, Freight Forwarders, Notice of Availability processes, and QAT teams.
• Prepare, review, and submit DD1149s as required for materiel movement.
• Manage requisition data including MAPAC, SUPPAD, Ship To, and Mark For information.
• Develop detailed transportation plans for inbound and outbound movements.
• Maintain communication with DCMA on inspections, shipping status, and contractor logistics activities.
• Verify Delivery Term Codes for accuracy in LOAs and case documentation.
• Review NSNs using tools such as FedMall, I2 Log, and FedLog.
• Coordinate logistics-focused Working Groups with stakeholders and partner nations.
• Track SDRs through resolution and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support Return & Repair processing, tracking, and reconciliation of materiel.
• Track requisition status through CISIL and SCIP to ensure timely movement and case execution.
• Assist with case closure activities including financial reconciliation and documentation updates.
