Job Summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated, multi-task oriented individual to assist in managing a Security contract. The role involves managing the accountability of Supervisors and staff, overseeing performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts. Ensures a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel, supports security needs, and collaborates with local police, fire departments, and facility reports. Demonstrates and adheres to Andy Frain Services' Core Values and operating principles, maintaining 100% compliance with staff training. Managers must maintain a professional image and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Perform various duties related to security management, including enforcing safety programs, ensuring post orders are followed, and maintaining logs and reports.
• Develop and implement security procedures in compliance with policies and laws, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, and ensure the safe operation of elevators and access points.
• Use equipment such as radios, telephones, computers, and inspect vehicles.
• Counsel and discipline personnel as needed, and assist in training security staff.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding performance and security issues.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions, and ensure adequate security coverage.
• Inspect posts, meet with staff and clients, and perform other duties as assigned.
