Patio Bartender (Seasonal role May- End of September)- Barrel & Bushel

At Barrel & Bushel, we believe our guests select us because of our caring and attentive team. B&B bartenders are essential in providing efficient service and meaningful experiences, in our very lively community gathering spot in the heart of Tysons. This role is an outside patio role during the months of May- September only.

Responsibilities include:

• Full compliance with the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and regulations
• Knowledge of craft beers and spirits
• Preparation of specialty cocktails, following recipes and beverage standards
• Participation and assistance in the creation of cocktails and special events
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and attractive bar area

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to stand
• for up to 8 hours
• Positive attitude and social skills
• Ability to work as a team
• High level of integrity
• Previous bartending experience required
