Summary
As a Patio Bartender, you’ll interact with guests and help ensure they have a great experience while dining with us. You’ll mix and serve drinks accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, welcoming presence. Your attentiveness and positive attitude will help guests feel relaxed, important, appreciated, and well cared for.
We're Looking For Someone Who Can...
- Greet guests and take beverage orders, either directly or through servers.
- Mix and serve drinks accurately and consistently, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Check guest ID to ensure legal age for alcohol service.
- Handle assigned cash bank, collect payment, and follow all cash-handling procedures, including balancing receipts.
- Keep the bar fully stocked and equipped, submitting inventory or requisition requests as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular sweeping, wiping, and glass cleaning.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, food pairings, and resort offerings including activities and amenities.

Qualifications
- Required | 4+ years’ full-service bartending experience
- Flexible work availability including weekends required
- Equivalent education, skills, and/or experience necessary to perform the essential functions may be considered
Required Permits & Certifications
- WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
- WA Class 12/13 Alcohol Server Permit (MAST) required within 60 days after hire

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Physical Demands. The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand for extended periods, walk, demonstrate hand dexterity, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, or crouch. Occasionally, the employee may lift or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision. The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration.
- Work Environment. Conditions are typical of an outdoor environment, with an uncontrolled setting and temperature variations from hot to cool. The position also experiences moderate noise levels.
