Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: None required. Life Support: Must successfully complete AHA BLS-HCP.
• Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Transports non-monitored patients and equipment within the hospital.
• Maintains thorough documentation and reports changes in patient status to licensed staff.
• Collaborates with the RN, physician and clinical staff to meet patient transport needs.
• Utilizes transportation procedures and ensures timely, safe patient movement.
