Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Transporters for full-time and part-time roles at Miami Valley Hospital South in Centerville, OH. The base pay is $17.50 per hour with benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include the safe transport of patients and equipment, proper use of wheelchairs, clear communication with nursing staff, and maintaining patient comfort and privacy. Training is provided for interested candidates.

Formación

• No experience needed; willing to train.
• Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transports patients and medical equipment, secures IVs and tubing as needed.
• Transports patients using wheelchairs and other approved rolling stock.
• Communicates effectively with nursing staff, clinicians, and dispatch.
• Maintains patient comfort and privacy, adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Alerts staff to patient distress or equipment issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
