Job summary

Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Patient Transporter. The position runs 11:00AM–11:00PM with every other weekend, starting at $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include guiding patients, transporting them within the facility, carrying luggage, and delivering items as needed. Must have HS Diploma or GED and English proficiency; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and stands for long periods; exposure to extreme temperatures.

Qualifications/Requirements

• To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat and stands for long periods of time, bends, lifts, pushes and pulls up to 50 lbs.

Relevant Experience

• CPR certification preferred.
