Advocate Health Care's Illinois Masonic Medical Center is seeking a Patient Transporter for second and third shifts. You will assist with patient movement, ensure safety, maintain equipment, and provide courteous service to patients and visitors.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, good communication, CPR within 90 days, and the ability to lift and assist patients. Shifts include 2nd, 3rd, and PRN options at Illinois Masonic.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent experience is required.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• CPR certification should be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient transport and ensure safety by following Lift and PPE protocols.
• Attend department, hospital, and Advocate trainings and meetings.
• Communicate with dispatchers and nursing staff to coordinate patient moves and tests.
• Maintain accuracy in patient transfer documentation and transport timing.
• Provide courteous service to patients and visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
