Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport patients throughout the hospital using appropriate equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting proper mode of transportation.
• Be respectful of patients and show empathy.
• Maintain patient safety during preparation for transport to ancillary areas and return to unit.
• Demonstrate infection control practices in all patient care activities.
