Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification required and active.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• GPS familiarity and local area knowledge.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, activities, outings, and other approved destinations.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting facility vehicles.
• Safely transfer residents in and out of wheelchairs.
• Secure residents and wheelchairs inside vehicles and maintain logs.
• Follow traffic laws and facility policies; protect resident privacy.
