Job summary

HCA Florida West Hospital is seeking Patient Transporters responsible for the safe and expeditious transport of customers and supplies to and from locations throughout the campus. You will collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team, including physicians, to deliver quality healthcare.

Qualifications include Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date, vocational/technical education preferred, and CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Vocational or technical education preferred.
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and supplies to and from locations across the campus in a safe and expeditious manner.
• Collaborate with the health care delivery team to support quality patient care.
