$20/Hour

Provides transportation services for PET, radiation, and other departments of the clinic. Also supports the radiation department in developing custom blocking and linen processing for Radiation and Medical Oncology.

Responsibilities
  • Provides transportation services for radiation and medical oncology units.
  • Provides linen services for all floors of the clinic, including ordering and stocking.
  • Fabricates custom blocking for electron treatment for radiation.
  • Transports mail, radiology CDs, and other materials.
  • Monitors and assembles equipment brought to the clinic.
Qualifications

High school diploma with some college preferred. Able to be certified in CPR and BLS functions.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills
  • Training in basic CPR
  • Basic computer skills (time clock, expense reporting, etc.)
  • Knowledge of bloodborne pathogens, safety procedures in lifting patients, and proper use of patient lifting devices.
Conditions
  • Environmental conditions may include external weather conditions when transporting patients outside.
  • Heavy lifting required for patient transfers, including use of patient lifting devices.
