Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Transportation Driver to join our team in Las Vegas. This full-time position operates on Day Shift from Monday to Friday, driving facility vehicles to transport patients and residents to appointments and back to rooms.

A clean Nevada DMV record is required, and applicants should have strong knowledge of valley roads. Responsibilities include escorting patients, ensuring safety, and promptly reporting any incidents or changes in patient status to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent required.
• Class E Driver's License required.
• Prior experience transporting patients/residents preferred.
• Must be able to operate an automobile.
• Must have a valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the operating state.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients/residents from rooms to vehicles and back as needed.
• Drive facility vehicles to transport patients/residents to appointments.
• Report incidents, changes in patient condition, and issues to supervisor.
