Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a Clinical Transport Assistant (PRN, Day Shift) for the New Northeast Emergency Department. This role supports the clinical team by transporting patients and supplies, greeting patients and families, and assisting in preparing patients for exams.

Responsibilities include safely transporting patients to appropriate exam rooms, handling oxygen tanks, and ensuring accurate patient identification and ticketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical team by transporting patients and supplies.
• Greet patients and family members and help prepare for exams.
• Safely identify patients and transport to the correct exam rooms.
• Operate hospital EPIC computer system and support daily department tasks.
