Applicants should have at least one year of customer service or hospitality experience, CPR certification, and basic computer proficiency to operate the transport systems and document movements accurately.

Formación

• At least one year experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must possess basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assignments from the Transport Tracking System or Dispatcher.
• Transport patients to and from clinical, ancillary, and support areas and equipment within established time frames.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and risk management practices.
• Provide a positive, courteous demeanor in all interactions.
