Job summary

Talentify in Wilmington, NC seeks a transport–support role responsible for safely transporting patients to and from appointments, events and offsite trips. The incumbent will understand the treatment program, assist in ensuring patient safety and participate as a team member under the Director of Admissions.

Evening and night coverage may be required; a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record and familiarity with recovery programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of facility's treatment program and philosophy.
• Knowledge of alcoholism, drug abuse, and dual diagnosis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good DMV record.
• Knowledge of 12-step recovery programs.
• Ability to work with diverse adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients are safe and participating in the program.
• Provide services to patients during the evening and night hours as needed.
• Maintain the security of each patient and the facility.
• Work as a team member under the direction of the Director of Admissions.
