Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Part-time Patient Transporter/Office Specialist for Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. You will welcome patients, assist with registration and scheduling, perform clerical duties, and safely transport patients throughout the hospital.

This role supports efficient operations and a positive patient experience. Required are a High School Diploma and Basic Life Support certification.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic Life Support required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, visitors, and families with professionalism and compassion.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Perform clerical duties: data entry, filing, answering phones, and maintaining records.
• Safely transport patients using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds following safety protocols.
• Maintain transport equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other hospital departments.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
