Arcadia-Ltc- is seeking a Transportation Driver to safely transport patients to hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and residences. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service and professional conduct during all patient transfers.

Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety on the bus, handling boarding and exit procedures, and performing routine vehicle maintenance and documentation. A valid Illinois driver’s license and compliance with DOT licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Illinois driver’s license with DOT qualifications.
• Must meet facility insurance age requirements (25–74).

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to activities, appointments, and outings with a focus on safety and service.
• Ensure resident safety during boarding, transit, and exits; monitor safety at all times.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep, inspections, routine maintenance, and required paperwork.
