MTM/AAA is hiring drivers in La Paz County to provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation. Training classes start weekly, with a starting hourly rate of $16.00 and onsite paid training in Phoenix.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felonies in past 7 years.
• No DUI/DWI convictions.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle record review.
• Pass a DOT physical if over 65 with pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility device securement for safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off of customers.
• Show sensitivity to needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; perform DVIs as required.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Use tablets or electronic devices as required.
