Responsibilities

• Transport patients, families and employees safely to and from the nursing center for approved appointments and activities to pre-determined destinations.
• Assist passengers when boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
• Maintain route and mileage logs.
• Monitor and replenish vehicle fuel and other fluids.
• Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to the Nursing Home Administrator.
• Interact in a positive manner with patients and families.
