Job summary

Turning Point Care Center, LLC in Moultrie, GA, is hiring a full-time Patient Driver to transport patients locally and long distance using company vehicles. The role requires reliability, ability to work with supervision, and teamwork.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 10 years driving experience, and a Georgia driver's license with a clean record per policy. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ten (10) years driving experience operating passenger car, van or bus.
• One (1) year experience in a patient field, preferred.
• Experience working with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred.
• Georgia Driver's License with: no more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years; no DUI/DWI convictions within past 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from various locations using company vehicles.
• Work well with direct supervision and in a team environment.
• Make decisions quickly and maintain flexibility with scheduling.

Patient Driver - Full-time

Turning Point drivers transport patients to and from various locations both local and long distance using company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be motivated, work well with direct supervision, have ability to make decisions quickly, and be able to work well in a team environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ten (10) years driving experience operating passenger car, van or bus.
• One (1) year experience in a patient field, preferred.
• Experience working with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred.
• Current Georgia Driver's License with:
  • no more than 3 moving violations during the past 3 years
  • no multiple violations for driving without insurance
  • no more than 2 accidents on record for the past 3 years
  • no DUI or DWI convictions within the past 7 years
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team without continuous supervision.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential job function; reliable transportation is required. Company vehicles are used for patient transport.
